Users can set email forwarding to another account themselves using Outlook Web App (OWA). To do so, do the following:
- Log into https://outlook.office.com/owa
- Click the gear in the top-right of the page:
- Click View all Outlook settings at the bottom of the page
- In the menu, click Mail and then Forwarding:
- Click Enable forwarding and then fill in an address under Forward my email to:
- Click Save in the bottom-right, to save changes.
