Using Microsoft Outlook® 2016, you can forward email messages as attachments.  Squeeze Technology agents may ask you to do this for issues relating to email delivery, spam / phishing attempts, or similar.  Doing this packages all previous message contents (including headers and attachments) into one organized file, that gets attached to your sent email. This can also reduce confusion because your attached messages won't get lost, looking like other emails.


  1. Open a reply to the Squeeze Technology ticket email.
  2. Click "Attach Item".

  3. Select "Outlook Item".


  4. In the "Insert Item" window, under "Look in", browse to the folder with the email message you want to attach.  Under "Items", select the email message.


  5. Click "OK"

  6. When you're ready to send the message, click "Send".
